  2. 1.2. Deliveries outside the specified areas are not supported at this time.

2. Delivery Timing

  1. 2.1. Deliveries are made daily for active subscription plans between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM for breakfast items, 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM for lunch items and 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM for dinner items.
  2. 2.2. Specific delivery slots can be selected during the subscription process.

3. Delivery Charges

  1. 3.1. Delivery charges, if any, are included in your subscription cost.
  2. 3.2. Additional delivery fees may apply for certain zones or specific requests, which will be communicated before confirmation.

4. Order Processing

  1. 4.1. Orders for subscription plans must be placed at least 24 hours before the first delivery date.
  2. 4.2. Changes to your order (e.g., pause or resume) must be communicated at least 12 hours in advance.

5. Delivery Guidelines

  1. 5.1. The recipient must be available at the provided address during the selected time slot.
  2. 5.2. If no one is available to receive the order, our delivery personnel will contact you. If unreachable, the item will be left at a secure location or returned, based on your prior instructions.
  3. 5.3. We are not liable for any damages to items left unattended after delivery.

6. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

  1. 6.1. While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events. We will notify you promptly of any delays.
  2. 6.2. IRIE SALAD is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided during checkout.

7. Subscription Pauses or Cancellations

  1. 7.1. For subscriptions, you can pause deliveries for specific days by notifying us 12 hours in advance via email or customer support.
  2. 7.2. Cancellations are governed by our Terms and Conditions.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

  1. 8.1. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with details and, if possible, photos of the issue.
  2. 8.2. We will replace the item or issue a credit for the specific delivery.
