- 1.4 Items delivered in good condition.
- 1.5 Partially used subscription plans.
2. Order Changes and Adjustments
- 2.1 You may modify or pause your subscription with at least 12 hours’ notice before the next scheduled delivery.
- 2.2 If you need to cancel a delivery for a specific day, you must notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Unclaimed deliveries will not be refunded.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
- 3.1 While we do not provide refunds, if an item is delivered damaged or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or credit for the specific delivery. Please notify us within 24 hours with details and, if possible, photos of the issue.
4. Quality Commitment
- 4.1 We ensure our meals are freshly prepared daily and delivered in optimal condition. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
